MCCB is short for molded case circuit breaker. Its cover is made of BMC, a compound material made from unsaturated resin reinforced by fiberglass. We offer different kinds of MCCB cover from 100A to 630A. As we have our own tooling department, we can design new style MCCB cover as customers request. The advantages of BMC MCCB cover: 1. higher strength than plastic 2. high temperature resistant 3. acid and alkali resistant, anti-aging, long service life 4. fire resistant 5. good insulating performance Our BMC MCCB cover can reach high accuracy requirement. The tolerance can be +/-0.07mm and the flash can be controlled in 0.2mm. Besides, the BMC material which we used for producing MCCB cover has taken place of F4308-7035BMC from Tetra-Dur in Germany and the properties have exceeded that as well.
